used during Daily Physical Activity, phys.ed. classes or recess. SnackFits are activities that incorporate curriculum. Learning made fun!
You will leave not only knowing the WHY we need to break up long bouts of sitting but the HOW we go about it by playing a number of activities for large and small spaces.
